The pop-up market featured new and emerging artists with autism showcasing a variety of art mediums created by artists of all ages and abilities on the autism spectrum.

You’re guzzling your crisp, cold beer and balancing a fully-loaded chalupa while navigating packed Fiesta crowds, when an anonymous elbow in the back sends both tumbling down to the chancla-trodden streets below: an all-too-common sight that has deterred many from attending at all.

The San Antonio native said this time of year holds special memories.
“Growing up, I remember my mom saving shoeboxes for when my siblings and I would have to make our own Fiesta floats at school, decorating them and parading them around so proudly.”
