From Pages to Possibilities

The Battle of Flowers Association celebrated its 135th Battle of Flowers Parade this Fiesta with a “From Pages to Possibilities” theme. A sneak peek provided a glimpse of the 2026 Parade Public School Float Section, comprising 10 floats from 10 local schools, under the theme of “Where Imagination Blooms”.
Mariachi performers entertained, and presenting sponsor La Familia Cortez provided bebidas y tapas, as invited guests and sponsors enjoyed the hard work, creativity, and artistry woven into each float. ■
The Battle of Flowers parade takes place on Friday, April 24. Tickets are available for varying locations along the parade route, and can be found here. As those seats are all bleacher seats, guests with limited mobility can contact Tom Krueger at (210) 889-3993, or Tomk3726@gmail.com.
