Fiesta kicked off in delicious fashion at the annual Taste of the Republic at the Briscoe Western Art Museum! Chef Brian West oversaw the foodie fête featuring shrimp and grits at Ida Claire, street corn at Palenque Grill, pork belly with raspberry puree from Blü Prime, a delicious strawberry shortcake donut hole, and plenty of margaritas created by Powered by Plants. Tito's Vodka served flavored drinks and the Botanist served gin-inspired cocktails. Cuisine by Bistr09, RedBird, Las Palapas, Benjie’s Munch, Cherrity Bar, and several others served 1,000 Fiesta supporters their best and tastiest creations at the annual event on the first night of Fiesta. VIVA!
