Uncork to Support
The Texas Oncology Foundation raised funds for cancer patients in the San Antonio area at the third annual Uncork to Support.
Texas Fine Wine, a group of four exceptional Texas wineries offered tastings featuring wines from Bending Branch Winery, Duchman Family Winery, Pedernales Cellars and Spicewood Cellars.
Guests also participated in the “Texas Two-Sip” tasting where they could blind taste a Texas wine against the same variety from a different region. They could learn for themselves how Texas wines compare with wines from around the world.
The tasting experience, which included great food, lively music and an online auction, raised funds for financial assistance and survivorship programming for patients. Event proceeds remained in San Antonio directly impacting patients here and in the surrounding area, helping them pay their rent, keep utilities on and focus on their care.
Throughout the evening, guests raised their glasses to sip and support area families affected by cancer. Swirl, sniff, sip, savor, SUPPORT!
