Teddy Bear Brunch
Special guest Bearemy from Build-A-Bear Foundation greeted guests at Signature Restaurant for the annual Teddy Bear Brunch benefiting Children’s Bereavement Center of South Texas. Guests graciously donated teddy bears, posed with Bearemy, and enjoyed a delicious brunch on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Teddy bears were spotted in all corners of the restaurant; and who doesn’t love a cuddly teddy bear? For most children and adults, the teddy bear is a symbol of love and security. It’s a source of comfort when they sleep and a form of protection when they are awake and feeling vulnerable. The Children’s Bereavement Center of South Texas is much more than a place to heal - it’s a place of transformation. The center serves thousands of children, caregivers, and community members through ongoing counseling, education, and support groups.
