A beautiful Sunday brunch fit for a queen was held in celebration of Reina Linda XI, Erica LaHood, that highlighted her dedication to raising funds for scholarships and educational initiatives supporting San Antonio students. She aims to ensure every child has the resources and encouragement to pursue their dreams of higher education and foster a community of caring adults committed to creating bright futures.

Readying for Fiesta, all while raising funds and awareness for the Rey Feo Scholarship Foundation, has kept Erica busy. Reina Linda was created in 2013 and celebrates the spirit of giving back. Selected from among San Antonio’s prominent women, participants must raise over $100,000 to earn the title.

Fiesta Commission President David Christian introduced Reina Linda XI Erica LaHood and kicked off the “Party with a Purpose” sharing this year’s theme: Fiesta for All.

Brunch, bubbles, brains, and beauty: a winning combination ensuring a successful fundraiser to kick off Fiesta and introduce the Royal Court. ¡Viva Fiesta! ■
