Comprising over 200 events throughout San Antonio this year, DreamWeek has become a bright spot in our city’s storied celebration of the life and principles of Martin Luther King Jr.

The Love of Fashion
Style fans filled up Brick at Blue Star for The Love of Fashion, a runway fashion show featuring designs from local creators and brands. Attendees were treated to a panoply of creative couture and eye-catching attire.
DreamStage at Pearl: Devsoul + Friends
DreamStage is a collaboration between Pearl and DreamVoice to showcase some of their favorite musicians and up-and-coming talent at the Pearl amphitheater.
MLK5K
The Young Men’s Leadership Academy 5K Run is a fundraising event presented by the school to help raise funds for the academy, as well as a demonstration of their support for Martin Luther King Jr.’s message of resilience and equality.
Elite Couture Boutique And TMFW Presents: A DreamWeek Special: Silent Disco
Attendees grooved to the beats of Elite Couture Boutique And TMFW’s very first Silent Disco Block Party. Participants were advised to “Grab your headphones, choose your channel, and dance the night away in style.”
DreamWeek 2024 Press Conference
DreamWeek founder Shokare Nakpodia spoke at a press conference preceding the official kickoff of DreamWeek 2024. Mayor Ron Nirenberg and District 1 Councilwoman Sukh Kaur spoke at the conference as well.
